One Villa

Su Shi once praised the natural sceneries of Jiangxi Province. One Villa redefines modern lifestyle by offering ideal secluded living spaces, making residences as ideal as the Peach Blossom Shangri-la depicted by Tao Yuanming, an ancient Chinese poet, and as the Utopia by Plato. In the Song Dynasty, residences in Jiujiang enjoyed beautiful Jiangnan-featured natural landscapes. It’s a life pleasure to travel the famous Lushan and appreciate ancient ink wash works. One Villa aims to bring in mountains and rivers and reproduces the classical architectural charm unique to the Song Dynasty.

River Sea

The site is located near the estuary. The plan divides the building into three main uses. The three buildings are kept apart by the courtyard. The path runs through the three buildings and the two courtyards, connecting the spaces. On the flow line of the path, the boundary between the inside and the outside becomes ambiguous. The wall is covered with border tiles made from local Awaji roof tiles. In each case, it is not the traditional way of using Japanese architecture, but the way of using it as a resort in this place in Awaji. That's a fusion of architectural vernacular and modern.

Disappeared Manufacturing

The overall concept is based on the traditional house in Taiwan, which reminds one of the good old times. Constructed via modern methods, the traditional vocabulary is reinterpreted through steel structure, glass and etc. A courtyard represents "Cheng" (a place for sun drying in traditional Taiwanese housing) is surrounded by different functional spaces. The mezzanine platform between two floors allows the flexibility of events. Allowing workshops, exhibitions and commercial events take place, the building is now a happening venue open for all, achieving a more positive corporate image.

Dawn of Spring

The project is located within International Eco-Aquapolis, Zhengzhou. The building echoes with the street corner through the subtly-cut blocks. It's a three-story volume, with the second and third floors lifted above the transparent block at the bottom. Taking white color as the main hue, the architects restructured the facades through the combination of points, lines and planes. The upper facades of the main building body are composed of perforated plates, while the lower parts are clad in glass, which blur the boundaries between spaces.

Dayou Aristo

In order to make the land plot develop as a landmark building, the Life Hall must be quite forward-looking and architecturally expressive, not only to fully reflect the cultural and historical connotations of the city, but also to display a modern, dynamic urban intent and outlook. Inspired by yachts, Dayou Aristo Life Hall adopts a streamlined shape to depict the portrayal of the times. Large-area colored glazing glass combined with champagne metal is adopted, not only avoiding people's line of sight from directly looking through, but also creating a pure and elegant artistic conception.

Folding Garden

The project is a community center built for Poly Group, and it needs to be used as a sales center in the early stage. Architecture uses a continuous wall across the site, with a winding trend, staggered left and right, as if folded. The linear and zigzag wall not only shapes the garden, but also serves as the supporting structure itself, creating a coherent, column-free interior space.
