RB23

Can the modern 300 meters house aspire to be a residence? In Poland still very popular is a stereotype vision of villas close to the Polish manors. For many it’s not easy to accept the fact that prestige residence can be represented by functional, modern architecture and in 300 meters of usable space you can fit everything necessary to feel the atmosphere characteristic of larger residences. Grand Copacabana

The Grand Copacabana project was developed from the search for a dialogue between architecture and the city, focusing on the integration between the city and the user. The result was a mixed-use building in which the commercial part does not clearly distinguish between private and public areas, making the building an extension of the sidewalk. The ground floor seeks to be an extension of Avenida Benjamim Constant. The apartments, on the other hand, have large balconies that act as large frames for the outside, providing a privileged view of the city.

Coexisting With Nature

This dental clinic was created using a design method that takes advantage of the vegetation, height difference, and depth of the existing land. TSC Architects wanted to design a clinic where patients can experience nature as if they were taking a walk on the road. They planned to leave the trees as much as possible, arrange the functions of the clinic to match the characteristics of the land, and connect them with corridors and multiple roofs. By setting the height of the floor at the center of the height difference on the site, people can feel a sense of floating and sinking into the ground.
