CR Land Luyang MiXC

A series of signature spaces have been created, such as the sky sports park with the first ever cantilevered running track on a shopping mall in mainland China. With a well-designed retail circulation, the designers fit a horse-track loop inside the 75 m depth of floor plan so they can accommodate more than 220 tenants with a 76,115 sqm GFA, which gives visitors a more diverse shopping experiences. A unique green space is also introduced at every level of the mall to enhance indoor and outdoor connections.

Vanke Metropolis Seasons

This project is located in Changzhou, China. The project pays tribute to the entire city and shows a unique urban image under the theme of natural ecology. By integrating design of the indoor and outdoor of the space, the modern style door frames are stacked in layers, whose sequence is adjusted by mathematical parameters for a gradual transition. It seamlessly blends the environments inside and outside to construct a naturalistic metropolitan masterpiece. Another classic metropolitan property development underlines the experience aesthetics of life and creates an ideal living environment.

Zhonghai Tianyu Garden

The Zhonghai Tianyu Garden is located in the newly developed town center in the Hunnan District of Shenyang, China, about one kilometer away from the Shenyang Municipal Center and convenient to local transportation. It has been designed to integrate with the housing nearby, and provide more generous spaces for social, fitness, entertaining and other activities, as well as connect the clubhouse and terrace with the public lawns and water features.

Surfland

The concept was inspired by the fluidity of the water and the stunning local nature. It will be a park that in addition to the wave pool will have a gastronomic village, numerous bistros and restaurants, a complete sports area, a resort with incredible spaces, all inserted in a well-crafted landscape atmosphere, using native species and taking the issue of sustainability very seriously. A space of high spirits to be enjoyed by the whole family.
