The house with a total area of 1500 sq. m is located in the villa community "Okolitsa", Moscow region. The rhythmic architecture is defined by the complex topography of the site, which is practically a forest. In order to integrate the house into the environment, each volume is separated with atriums, which ensures the privacy of individual zones and forms interconnected relations between the exterior and the interior, landscape, and architecture.
Continue readingThe project uses the advantages of Central Park to provide an outdoor exchange place for the maker; Six pleasant floating islands surrounding central activity square the urban green axis cuts the building at the bottom, and the slow path and water system connect the north and South parks, and forms a comfortable bottom commercial space, creating an efficient municipal service place, providing healthy, comfortable and convenient and ecological space and environment for the public affairs and activities and civil servants' offices. The energy consumption is 1/6 to 1/10 of similar projects.

Continue readingLocated near the rural village area in Shatin, the project Che Kung Temple Sports Centre is not only a sports centre, but also an urban oasis for inter-generation enjoyment. Besides sports facilities for the youth, extensive courtyards and gardens are created as a leisure retreat for nearby elderly population and help to bind the building with the surrounding natural setting. Dialogue and visual linkage are intentionally created between courtyards, gardens, function rooms, inside and outside, to bring different users together and encourage visitors to explore the building and the vicinity.
Continue readingThe project is located in Jiande aviation town. It is an aviation training school, with the functions of teaching, catering, office, hotel and so on. The design team shows respect to the site, and wants to retain the natural conditions here. In order to create a campus with a strong sense of place and rich spatial experience, the design team integrates the buildings with the natural terrain. It makes the project more closer to nature, and helping with the organic symbiosis between buildings and environment, human and nature.
Continue readingThe design proposes pure and simple shapes, right angles, and some materials that providing thermal comfort, durability, and functionality. The Cobogos, decorative concrete blocks, are the highlight of the facade, allowing free movement of the wind in its empty spaces. These elements, combined with reinforced concrete and wood pattern aluminum slats provide the personality to the house. The outdoor leisure area, comprising a large swimming pool and landscaping that mixes tropical foliages and a century-old olive tree, creating an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
