Minion

The project is the redesign of an abandoned iconic retail building in Athens. The proposal is a mix use development, comprising of retail, office and residential functions. Each use has its own special feature. The retail has the iconic entrance and a fully glazed façade on street level, the offices have the protruding glass cube meeting room with views of the Parthenon and an emblematic glass cube corner entrance while the residential entrance is located in the central courtyard as a continuation of the adjacent pedestrian street, in line with the overall urban planning logic of the area.

The Circus

This vacation home is designed as a retreat for a car-loving client and friends, centered around the concept of spending time with cars. Unlike typical homes with garages, the goal was to create a relaxed environment that blurs the boundaries between people, cars, and rooms. The circular design allows for flexibility and accommodates multiple layouts, as it has no dead-ends and allows for free movement throughout the first story. The client's desire for a house that could be used in various ways gave rise to this extreme version of impracticality often sought in vacation homes.

Vicutu Concept

The Concept Store for the Vicutu Fashion Brand, located in Beijing urban area, provides customers with a unique experience. A large-scale three-dimensional metal weaving system is adopted, which reflects the production process and fabric properties of men's clothing on the facade. Within the interior of the concept store, the whole space language simulates the phenomena in nature, creating an immersive place for the visitors. Throughout the store, the woven diagrid language creates unity through its varied expression and implementation as detail.

Cross

A private residence built on a site facing two roads in a quiet residential area. The exterior, which can be seen from the outside, has an orderly form, ensuring a moderate sense of openness while protecting the privacy of the residents. The interior is moderately open and has a visual expanse. In addition, in accordance with the shape of the site, the two planes intersect at different angles in the center, and the space created here gently connects the rooms. A new blank space is created by appropriately dividing the plane, and the plan is to deepen communication between residents.

Float

A private residence with a skip floor that makes the most of the difference in height of the land. The living room is placed at a height where the surrounding buildings cannot be seen, and it is devised so that the surrounding scenery can be taken in according to the owner's request. The rest of the living space is located on the middle floor, and the entrance is connected to the garden, creating a space that welcomes visitors with a sense of depth. From the looks of it, you can tell it's designed to capture the landscape you need, wherever you are.

The Bloom

With the evolution of technology, as a recyclable and environmental-friendly building material, tile application exceeds traditional impression. Technology breakthrough creates diverse possibilities in size, shape, and texture, thus rich opportunities to add value to buildings. The exterior wall façade done with Champion’s local production of recycled 2cm tiles is good heat insulation of the building; color and gradient give the building a bold new look.
