Dongguan CBD Parking Building

The inspiration of this project combines both the unique meandering water bodies of Dongguan and the unique core location of the site, the design team proposing to extend the two major streets as flowing, water like ribbons, in order to reform the chaotic existing parking conditions in the vicinity and establish the spatial and facade languages for the new garage building. Using the "infinitely flowing loops" to organize the traffic circulation, two independent yet equally dynamic curves spiral up and intertwine, forming an architectural image as an urban sculpture.

Yunxi Mansion

Developed by Media and designed by Fealand, Yunxi Mansion creates a private literati garden for the community, where modern aesthetics meet the elegance of literati thousands of years ago, creating a journey of homecoming through time and space. Inspired by the Shuihui Garden which is famous for water flowing around the whole garden, the landscape design extends the elegant and literary atmosphere in the residential property. Hill Mansion

With the advantage of the local natural landscape, the project has good conditions for borrowing scenery in design. Inspired by the famous red maple scenery in Qixia, the design concept is to create a charming maple landscape to attract people and remain the poetry and happy time in life. Featured the undulating skyline created by plants, the design is combined with the surrounding natural environment, where the natural experience has no boundary.

Zenstay

Starting from local dwelling and natural texture, he tried to improve experience for visitors on the easternmost island in China by generating spaces meet both needs of traditional culture and current function under the seemingly dramatically opposite old and new architectural forms. Meanwhile, he explored the island stone house to construct skills as an appropriate technology (low tech), regional cultural of reference, its interventional reconstruction of the possibility and sustainable idea of the reflection and necessity.

Flowing Paperscapes

The Paperscapes Memorial preserves the importance of Chunghsing Paper Mill, and to commemorate the victims of the air-raid during the World War II that occurred on site. This landscape was designed under the concept of papers; the delicate and flexible characteristic, transformed into waves of landscapes that continuously flow, directing the axis of the landscape, also depicting the uniqueness of papers, creating the Paperscapes. The memorial park was designed in a geometric array to echo the scars inflicted to humanity, gradually healing through the embracing waves of the Paperscapes.

Feng Qi Wu Tong

Feng Qi Wu Tong integrates Su style and Tang Dynasty architecture with modern design contexts and construction techniques to build a fine community that meets the interests and needs of modern residents. The overall landscape of the model area adopts the form of one axis and three courtyards, with a central symmetry, creating a sense of ritual outside with Confucian rituals, and following the beauty of mood inside.
