The SV Villa premise is to live in a city with the privileges of the countryside as well as contemporary design. The site, with incomparable views of the city of Barcelona, Montjuic Mountain and the Mediterranean Sea in the background, creates unusual lighting conditions. The house focuses on local materials and traditional production methods while maintaining a very high level of aesthetics. It is a house that has sensitivity and respect for its site
Continue readingNippo Head Office is built over a multilayered intersection of urban infrastructure, a traffic artery, an expressway, and a park. Nippo is a leading company in road construction. They define "Michi", which means "street" in Japanese, as the basis of their design concept as "what connects a variety of components". Michi connects the building with the urban context and also connect individual workspaces with each other. Michi was enhanced to forge "creative connections" and to realize the "Junction Place", a unique workplace possible only here at Nippo.
Continue readingLocated on outskirts of an industrial city, Wrapped Volumes caters as a sales pavilion for a developer's residential project. Without any evident immediate context, the pavilion takes its cues from the connecting road. Designers transformed this progressive movement of the road along with the site into a harmonious wrapped geometry. As a result, the structure elevates itself from the ground. Some parts of this wrap form a landscape layer and other protective skin on the south. The pavilion weaves the landscape and structure, engaging an individual to transcend from exterior to interior spaces.
Continue readingCo-life center is a new exploration of product mode under the background of consumption and experience upgrading. Under the new sales mode, make the sales module compressed. Light catering, handicraft, flower shop, children's activities and other entertainment function are integrated into the design of the golden space on the first floor, and only a small sand table exhibition area is retained. The sales function is placed on the second floor and which is defined as the "good life institute". The Co-life center created an experience atmosphere of returning to life.
Continue readingDongmen wharf is a millennium old wharf on the mother river of Chengdu. Due to the last round of "old city renewal", the area has been basically demolished and rebuilt. The project is to re present a glorious historical picture through the intervention of art and new technology on a city cultural site that has basically disappeared, and to activate and re invest the long sleeping urban infrastructure into the urban public domain.
Continue readingYongning Station is an urban MINI complex with public toilets as the main function and combined with leisure, exhibition and other supporting services."Open" is the first thinking of architecture to intervene in the site. It opens the visual channel of city and landscape like uncovering exhibition, forms the shape of "eight". Along the route, there is a public exhibition hall facing the river view on the left, an introverted public toilet space on the right, and a strip corridor walking among the Osman thus trees.
