The Fifth Element

The house consists of five parallel rectangles. Garage and Spa blocks are displaced to the living volume. They protect it from prying eyes and form a compact field for the entrance and recreation areas, resp. Spa hangs on the console above the ground and is opened to nature by its glazing. The facades facing the forest feature full-size windows that fill the living spaces with light and air. Water installation of the terrace creates a microclimate in the summer heat. The two-storied tower of living room forms vertical axis, which subordinates all the elements of the building and landscape.

Pan'an Wetland Park design takes water as the core, pays attention to the possibility of wetland landscape infiltrating culture, life, and natural attributes, and constructs a spatial functional system serving contemporary urban and rural cultural life. Foresighted use of the collapse to form a vast water surface, through the use of plants to conserve water and purify the soil, after 8 years of landscape restoration process, not only reappearing farming civilization, but also connects modern urban life and Promoted the revitalization of surrounding villages and urban transformation.

Equi Temple

Goal is creation expressive architectural and spatial image, operating of technologically limited. Use of rhythm, drawing of details, silhouette of massive wooden structures creates building volume. Arena in equestrian complex combines sports and technology, recreation and representative functions. Rectangular parallelepiped resembles the ancient monument. Arc-shaped lines of constructional elements from glued wood define basic rhythmic space concept. Glazed facades perimeter integrate interior with exterior and pitched roof with far-projecting eaves hovers above field on mighty wooden frame.

A laid-back lifestyle that is natural to the beach and sea-side is coupled with modern luxury to ensure relaxing ambience of comfort. The open space presented by Hany Saad provides a balance between serenity and tranquility with this modern-chic environment capsulating comfort. This house is designed to give its residents as much of the coastal experience as possible, maximizing the access to the sea view to the promise of a wholesome beach retreat. Peloponnese Rural

A plot situated in a remote village of Kalamia, with view to the Gulf of Corinth, is a setting for a family retreat. The morphology of the place led to the decision of creating a house with humble appearance from the street side, while developing in a two-level construction from the garden. Natural materials applied are inspired by industrial feel of the rural Peloponnese traditional stone stables. Built according to sustainable standards with restricted means, the custom-made dwelling has been playing major role in the 2020 pandemic situation, providing its inhabitants safety and comfort.

Shimao Bright Xihu

A good garden is not only integrated into architecture, but also integrated into life. The design considers the needs of people of different natures and the actual meaning of the space to create a life state in which people can have abundant feelings. It is a landscape where dreams and reality merge into one. In the landscape structure, the traditional gate court etiquette and courtyard culture are subtly integrated into it, together with rich and coherent spatial circulation, to enrich the site experience and enhance connectivity.
