TIC Art

This project Influence as a micro-urban landscape. It also impacts re-active the product trend of the hand-made brick industry which makes a successful practice of environmental-friendly architecture. The project has become a destination for numerous visitors while contributing to the brand value of the client as well as the land value in the area.

Guangzhou Julong Bay

The warehouse building space has a single original function and a simple structure.The functional requirements for the connectivity of the exhibition hall were met by the addition of a steel and glass roof over the three separate buildings of the old building to create a coherent use and spatial field. The structure and materials of the four separate factory buildings on the original site have been retained to the greatest extent possible, with the main material used in the new section being replica industrial red bricks.

SZHK Science and Technology Project

This development is an important research and development exchange area and the gateway between Shenzhen and Hongkong. This project is committed to creating a central hub in the Science and Technology Innovation Zone with international exchanges and regional integration. This project is intended to create a 24-hour living circle that includes living, leisure, and working spaces, combined with some special activity nodes, like a community health center, treehouse bookshop, game center, and art center.

River Cloud

It is a design case for a spatial installation representing the Cloud theme. As the installation is designed for long-term outdoor use, the designer used 50000 frames of different sizes, and hard materials to represent the curves of the clouds. Meanwhile, 15,000 CNC light sources are used to control the color and brightness, so that the device at night presents a dynamic effect of light and shadow flow. The installation is located on a hilltop by the river and has wide visibility, so it has become a famous landmark, which has helped greatly in the publicity and promotion of the project.

Double Barn

Double Barn is a contemporary house located in the suburbs of Warsaw, designed for a family of four. The challenge was to create a modern, yet timeless house design, referring to the traditional architecture of Mazovia and adapting to the context of nature. In order not to overwhelm the surrounding single-family housing with its size, the house was divided into two interconnected blocks. From the inside of the house, mainly bright elements of HPL boards are visible, which makes it feel cozy. At the same time, the dark façades made of graphite tiles blend the house into the surroundings.

Bayfront Pavilion

Located in Singapore’s Gardens by the Bay, the Bayfront Pavilion follows the tradition of architectural structures that evoke a dialogue with nature by blending a complex computationally generated and optimised form with a perforated skin fluidly with the adjacent environments. For visitors, it offers a climatically comfortable outdoor environment and a visual experience akin to walking under the foliage of lush tropical trees. Since its completion, the project has become a popular building and new entrance to the Gardens that serves as a venue for important community and cultural events.
