Shang Yuan Demonstration Center

Shang Yuan

Shang Yuan is a landscape design for a demonstration center in Wuxi, China. The plan follows a pattern of one hall, two axes, three entrances, five rituals and six gardens, so each garden offers a different view to moving visitors. Slope House

A terrace is carved into the roof and faces the eastern mountain, offering wide views through the year. Zinc panels cover the roof and resist heavy snow, while light gray brick forms the walls.
